Year-over-year house sales in November see 60% increase in houses, 147% in condos
Unprecedented sales in 2020. Is this a tectonic shift in the Okanagan market that has gradually been happening for decades? Has destination buying reached a critical mass?
With the new year and the arrival of vaccines, time will tell if this is a permanent shift.
